I am Narender Kumar, Ex-Director, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. With an illustrious career spanning more than 37 years in the  State Department of Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh and  Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, I have dedicated my life’s work to advancing Indian agriculture. My core mission has been to ensure the transfer of proven agricultural technologies to farmers, empowering them to enhance production, productivity, and income generation in a sustainable manner.

Throughout my service, I have played a pivotal role in:

• Designing and implementing farmer-oriented agricultural development programs.
• Strengthening the link between research, policy, and grassroots farming communities.
• Introducing innovative approaches in crop management, soil health, irrigation, and climate-resilient practices.
• Supporting processing, value addition, and agri-marketing initiatives to enhance farmers’ profitability.

As an Agriculture Consultant today, I bring this rich experience to guide farmers, entrepreneurs, FPOs, agribusinesses, and institutions. My consulting services focus on:
